So you wanna get fit from home?! 

Toned legs, big arms, flat stomachs, no more mom bod, the feeling of being healthy and fit ---- only can be created in a GYM! Sorry hun --- that just ain't true!  We all have the place that we feel comfortable and motivated.  Which means it is time for YOU to find that place for YOU!  I am MOST motivated on my deck outside with the wind blowing in my ponytail and the fresh air filling my lungs.  I am MOST comfortable in my home where I can sweat, grunt, swear, and work hard with NO eyes on me!


I started working out at home because I NEEDED to eel better and get healthy! I had tried the gym but the amount of time it took to drive, park, get to the gym, sign up for equipment,etc made it so I couldn't put a decent amount of time INTO my workout! I spent more time getting there and getting home! Does that sound familiar?! (HECK you have no idea how many people say that this is why they DON'T workout!)  and.... once I got there I often I couldn't even get on the equipment I wanted OR I had no idea what to do to actually MAKE it a good workout!

So when I was looking for a solution, I  was looking for the following:


> a routine that would TEACH me so I could have a knowledge base when it came to fitness
> a workout that would give me variety and would motivate me each day
> a workout that would allow me to feel agile, strong, and lean (which over time has turned into wanting muscle and a workout that would maintain! Different phases in life lead to different goals)
> a SUPPORT system and a way to STAY accountable LONG term!
> to be able to do my workouts at home, outside, at the gym, or WHERE ever my heart would lead me!

Do any of those things sound like you?! Probably! Chances are some point in your life you will wish you had structured program to follow, to have a quick workout for those busy days, or to have a chance to actually learn and become a fitness guru!   I know for me the time thing was a big deal for me while I was in university and now that we are thinking about starting a family I can see MORE AND MORE how important this at home fitness routine will become!  You know - a chance to have you time but doesn't require you to leave the house!  Right now I am in love with it because it is SO FLEXIBLE! I can always get in a 30 minute workout even when I am running behind! PLUS with my love for travel, it has become the most ideal and effective way to take care of my body!


So what is a challenge group or what I like to call a FIT COMMUNITY? 

It just happens to be where all the MAGIC happens! Honestly, I can't even explain HOW much the challenge groups ACTUALLY played a role in my success!  AND for that matter, all of the ladies that SEE the changes, feel the health, and get to their results are TOTALLY engaged in our fit community!  Simply because support, accountability and FRIENDS can really make the difference in your experience, motivation, and belief in yourself!  There is something about seeing everyone CRUSH their workout and get well that makes YOU want to do it too!

How can you be a part of the FIT COMMUNITY called Fit Believers?

What is a challenge pack?!

A challenge pack is what I started with! It is what I describe as the complete pack!  Basically because you get your program (of your choice- and I will help you pick it), shakeo or performance line(some of them have an option!), and then depending on the program you get a shaker cup, containers, meal guides and a FREE shirt when you submit you experience!  AND on top of it you get to join the fit believers and have me as your coach to confide in and to talk to about all things fitness, health and your journey to reaching any physical, mental or emotional goals!

What programs can you get as a challenge pack?!


The most common question I get is, "Which program should I get?!"  I am going to be completely honest I LOVE them all!  My favorites are:

Focus T25 ( my first love - the one that started it all for me)
Piyo (helped me find my balance and strength)
21 Day Fix (it taught me EVERYTHING I needed to know about food)
Hammer and Chisel (I got killer results and LOVED the push)
Cize (It allowed me to have fun and get BACK into shape)
Body Beast (should me I could DO HARD THINGS and kick butt at it!)
21 Day Fix Extreme (pushed me to go that extra mile and up my weights)
Country Heat (I haven't done it yet but the sneak peeks have me EXCITED!)


There are even MORE than that, but that was just to list my top faves that I own and have done!  (I own more than that too!) Anyway the point is there is SO much out there and we will find the right one for you! So how do you figure out which one is best for you?

1. What are your goals?
2. What kind of fitness do you enjoy? (cardio, weights, yoga, pilates, total body workouts, focused body workouts, running, jumping,.....)
3. How much time per day can you commit to on a regular basis?
4. How many days a week can you consistently workout?
5. Which workouts have you heard of and what interests you about them?


Once you have thought about that then you will be able to narrow down what interests you most!  Now if you are a go getter and want to dive in, you can head to youtube and watch youtube videos of them to get a feel of them. OR if you are more of a chatter and want to hear first hand you can chat with me!  Either way, we want you to get the program that speaks MOST to your heart and your life!
