Today feels like Christmas!

Three months ago I had the opportunity to try a little bit of boost in my shakeo. In fact I got up try the focused energy boost on a very busy day where I needed well a little bit of energy!

I am one of those people that ALWAYS has something extra on the go but I don't really like to drink coffee. To be completely honest I never really have more than 5 cups a month! However, some days I could definitely use some! BUT caffeine gives me the world's worst headaches!

So you can only imagine my excitement when I had the chance to try some all natural focused energy in my shakeo! I knew we were going to have a life long love!

I truly can not wait to wake up first thing in the morning to add it to my morning shakeo!

DIGESTIVE HEALTH

For the last 6 years I have struggled with severe stomach pain and poor digestive health.  After spending time in the hospital, going to see doctors and trying various things I FELL short.  The doctors didn't really know what to tell me nor did they REALLY know what was causing the pain.  So they turned to the most general diagnosis -- IBS.  All this really told me was I needed to learn what made me feel sick and I needed to try my best to live the healthiest life possible.  HOWEVER, over time I just COULDN'T handle the pain and I couldn't handle having to TIP toe around FOOD.  MORE so, I was sick of being scared to eat out or getting at other people's houses!  You see a month before I decided to become a coach I made the decision to TRY OUT this little thing called SHAKEOLOGY!  I had heard it was good for your digestive system and that was all natural.  SO I gave it a go!  The first month I experiences a LOT of bloating and discomfort.  My body was working HARD to get rid of the toxins and BOY could I tell.  BUT after one month I began to FEEL GOOD.  I MEAN REAL GOOD!  (to learn more about shakeo head over to my shakeo experience up in the tabs!)   SO you can only imagine when I learnt that BEACHBODY was coming out with some EXTRA digestive magic , HOW FREAKING excited I was!

THIS JAR is easily the MOST exciting life changing thing in my life!!!!!! I can not wait to share with all how it helps me this month!!!!
