CLEAN EATING with KELSEY
Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/3 oats (preferably steel cut oats)
1/2 a banana
2 eggs
1/3 oats (preferably steel cut oats)
1/2 a banana
cinnamon or chocolate shakeology for flavour!
How to make them:
Step 1:
You will need a blender, frying pan, pam canola oil spray, oats, banana, eggs, and cinnamon or chocolate shakeo for extra flavour!

Put the two eggs into your blender.
Step 3:
Put the oats into the blender on top of the eggs.
Put the oats into the blender on top of the eggs.
Step 4:
Cut the banana in half and put it into the blender.
Step 5:
Add cinnamon or chocolate shakeology into your blender for extra flavour! I LOVE them both ways! When I put the cinnamon in it I put honey and berries or bananas on top! If I put chocolate shakeology into my pancakes I put natural peanut butter on top and let them melt!
Step 6:
Lastly use Pam to get your pan ready to make your delicious pancakes! Step 7:
Eat up!
